Strategic Planning

HF Direct initiates each project with a thorough review of our clients' strategic goals and tactical objectives.  Clearly defined client goals are the foundation on which we build each direct marketing program.  During this discovery phase, HF Direct evaluates past programs, reviews previous designs, and studies each client's existing data in comparison to their objectives.  We also gather pertinent information, such as market areas and the competition, as well as budget requirements and client resources. We then generate a Creative Workplan that serves as a project blueprint.  The Creative Workplan summarizes all relevant aspects of the project, including overall scope, specific objectives, creative direction, copy points and tone, and target market.  The Creative Workplan is then submitted to our client for review and approval - functions which are required at all critical stages of production.  Upon our client's acceptance of the Creative Workplan, HF Direct assigns a program manager , and initial creative development begins!
