Program Management team manages the implementation of each program from start to finish.
Our Program managers act as day-to-day liaisons with clients once creative has been approved, outlining timelines and coordinating production, printing, and mailing.
They are also responsible for updating project timelines, creative samples, and contact notes in the 24/7 client
accessible area of our website.
In addition, program managers work with our vendors to negotiate the best possible price and turnaround times for our clients.
When the pricing estimate for a project is
complete our coordinators submit formal quotes to our clients.
All of our projects are priced using
our own proprietary software system.
Each cost center i.e. creative services, imaging services, data processing services, mailing services, estimated postage, and any miscellaneous services is incorporated into the price model.
A formal Project Authorization form outlining the appropriate cost centers is submitted to the client for approval and signature.
Upon receipt of the signed Project
Authorization the project is considered
"live."
The same proprietary software system generates invoices and budgets for each cost center and retains
our clients' accounting history for two years prior to archival.
Therefore, it is a simple matter to give our clients accurate reports of their account standing and budget balances!
