24/7 Client Access

Hatchett & Fagan Direct clients can monitor the progress of their active projects 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via www.hfdirect.com. Our clients have real-time access to updated project timelines, copy and creative modifications, and records of all correspondence with us (i.e., telephone calls, faxes, emails, and shipped items). After any of these communication events, our team members log the information into the appropriate record files, and our clients can view it at any time or print it for a status meeting. Additionally, clients have access to our complete FTP resources via high-speed data transfer.

All project information is kept confidential and must be accessed with an assigned password. Passwords are multi-level, permitting our clients to determine what information is accessible by different individuals or departments within their organization.
